Our Menu
Bogart’s menu includes a variety of lunch and dinner special entrees as well as a diverse selection of seafood, beef chicken and pasta entrees, our salads, specialty sandwiches and our famous Bogie’s burgers. Here are a few examples from our menu…
Entrees
- Casablanca – Certified Black Angus New York Strip center cut. Prepared grilled or blackened.
- African Queen – Blackened shrimp and sea scallops served over rice.
- Key Largo – Two lightly sautéed lump crab cakes
- Scallops Christopher – Sautéed sea scallops with mushrooms, spring onions and red peppers. Served over rice.
- Chicken Marsala – Skinless, boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a Marsala wine, fresh mushrooms and spices. Server over rice.
- Rosie Sayer – Fresh vegetables lightly sautéed, topped with melted provolone and Swiss cheeses. Served over rice.
- Sirocco – Quiche du jour.
- Passage through Marseille – Spaghetti pesto topped with jumbo shrimp marinated in virgin olive oil and garlic.
Sandwiches
- Bogie’s Reubie – Classic combination of grilled corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on rye. Served with s kosher pickle.
- Chips McGuire – Grilled New York Special of salami, pastrami, corned beef with Swiss cheese.
- Whip McCord – Pastrami, corned beef, Swiss cheese, sour cream, and sauerkraut folded hot inside our own potato pancake. (A vegetarian whip is also available featuring a combination of vegetables, cheeses and sour cream stuffed hot in a potato pancake.
- Dixon Steele – Grilled NY strip steak with onions and mushrooms served on a sub roll with melted provolone cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise and tomato.
Salads
- Barefoot Contessa – Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncini, olives, and onions served with your selection of two toppings: Salami, feta cheese, ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, provolone cheese and mushrooms.
- Two Against the World – Scoops of tuna salad, chicken salad, potato salad and cole slaw on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomato slices, cucumbers and olives
- The Thin Man – Grilled chicken breast, sirloin or tuna steak served over a bed of lettuce with tomatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms, onions, olives and pepperoncini
